BY REGISTERING ONLINE TO BE A VOLUNTEER, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THIS VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT.
We are so grateful that you will be serving on the team at REVIVE and we are committed to providing all teams with a supportive environment. We hope that you will find your experience at REVIVE enjoyable and rewarding.
In addition, we want to ensure we provide a safe environment for all of the attendees that we will be serving and working with and to clearly set out what we can reasonably expect from your role whilst serving at REVIVE.
It is essential that those on team agree to Co-Mission’s statement of faith and are an active member of your church.
Your role on Team REVIVE begins on 24th June 2022 and ends 26th June 2022.
We expect you to perform your role to the best of your ability and to follow our procedures and standards, including health and safety and equal opportunities. We treat all teams and guests onsite in accordance with our equal opportunities policy.
All teams are expected at the training sessions provided. These are such an important time to ensure that you are informed, equipped and ready for REVIVE, including essential training on health and safety as well as safeguarding, where appropriate.
SUPERVISION AND SUPPORT
Your main points of contact during your time on the team over REVIVE 2022 will be your Team Lead and the REVIVE Pastoral Support. This support is available throughout the weekend to provide support for you. You can discuss any problems or complaints you may have and how we can provide you with the support you need to carry out your role. Please also give feedback on any ideas or suggestions to them.
You will be covered by our standard insurance policies to the extent that you act under our authority and are engaged in authorised activities.
In the course of your time serving on team, you may have access to confidential information and personal data relating to Co-Mission and REVIVE attendees. We expect you not to use or disclose this information or personal data to any person either during your experience on team with us or at any time afterwards.
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you want to withdraw from the team so that we can rearrange our team allocations.
This agreement is binding in honour only, is not intended to be a legally binding contract between us.
