Children & Youth Team
The weekend is such an exciting time for the children and youth that come along – filled with teaching, worship, games, sports, crafts and much more. We invite you to join us and be part of something amazing – helping build a generation who knows the good news of Jesus and has a passion to share this with their friends. Each team will have a leader who will have put together a wonderful programme for everyone to follow over the weekend.
You’ll need a valid DBS check (no older than 3 years) and appropriate references, plus there is a mandatory training session prior to the event.
Weekend shift hours:
- Friday: 7:30-10pm (Youth teams only)
- Saturday: 8.30am-1pm
- Sunday: 8.30am-1pm
Media team
The media team are busy capturing the event – taking photographs, posting on social media, and filming the Big Top Sessions and around the site. If you have the enthusiasm for and experience in any of these areas, we’d love to have you on the team. Capturing these special moments throughout the festival is important to us so we can share them with those unable to make the event and promote next year’s REVIVE. Photographers will need to bring their own camera equipment.
Stewarding Team
Stewards enable the whole weekend to go smoothly and safely. Whether it’s keeping everyone safe moving around the site, guiding guests to venues or offering a hand when someone needs it, the stewarding team are always there to help. You’ll need to be enthusiastic, confident and willing to wear a hi-vis!
You will be serving on the team for around 9 hours across the weekend.
Logistics Team
Your days will be pretty varied, from setting up venues to moving furniture to checking broken equipment around the site. You’ll need physical strength, stamina, patience and enthusiasm.
You will be serving on the team for around 9 hours across the weekend.
Tech/Production team
Sound is a very important part of the REVIVE set-up – from supporting congregational singing to helping people hear God’s word as it’s preached to us. Working alongside our onsite professionals who will have set up the venues before you arrive, you’ll take responsibility for the technical requirements of the smaller seminar and youth venues around the site. You’ll work with the seminar hosts, speakers and youth teams to mix sound levels and provide support for displaying content on screens. Although full training will be provided prior to the event, you’ll need to have experience in running small PA systems. You’ll need to be on-site from early evening on Friday until late afternoon on Sunday.
CAFE team
How’s your latte art? Know your way around a short cortado? Can you stand the heat of a milk steamer while grinding a perfect 8.9g of espresso? Don’t worry if not – all our cafe team get training before showing up on-site where you’ll get the chance to serve the weary, thirsty and those generally in need of a warm and tasty pick-me-up.
You will be serving on the team for around 9 hours across the weekend.
