MAXIMISE Conference

Richard Coekin, CEO of Co-Mission and Director of 9:38, gave the main talks at the MAXIMISE conference for Ministry Trainees and those considering full-time gospel ministry. In it, he unpacks the truths of Acts 6 and explores 3 key principles.

Day 1
In this, the first of 3 talks, Richard looks at the principle of maximising gospel ministry in ourselves and others, and what a priority that is for every Christian (vs.1-2)

Day Two
In day two of the talks, Richard addresses the task of team building, how we engage people in the congregation who want to serve, and how building effective teams enable churches to maximise their gospel ministry (vs.3-4)

Day Three
The last day of the conference has Richard speaking on the need for different people accepting different roles. He expands on the components of a healthy team by encouraging ministry staff to engage and address concerns and to properly care for those teams (vs.5-6)
